This piece began as an exploration of an otherworldly landscape — not from Earth, but from somewhere far out in the universe.

The forms suggest floating matter and shifting gases suspended in space, creating a sense of movement and quiet co-existence. The turquoise and metallic tones hint at unknown minerals, while the layered textures give the impression of depth and distance, almost like looking through an atmosphere into a foreign terrain.

It’s an abstract work, but it carries the feeling of discovery — as if you’re observing a planet for the first time, trying to understand how its environment breathes and holds itself together.

The painting began with a unique process: spray paint was floated on the surface of water and then transferred to canvas, creating organic, unpredictable patterns.

Over this foundation, oil paint was applied to define and expand the forms, adding structure and depth to the abstract composition.
