The key to becoming lucid during the dream is to look at ones hands, I read somewhere when I was a kid.

I was dealing with lots of nightmares and I was looking for a solution and as it was affecting my concentration and grades at school… I knew I had to do something about it…

After I discovered the “hands” trick and applied it, I was saved from being affected by my “crazy” dreams.
