Verdigris explores colour as a living process rather than surface decoration.

Constructed from industrial insulation materials and transformed through flocking and layered pigmentation, the work blurs the boundary between synthetic matter and living organism.

The ornate frame contrasts with the raw physicality of the interior form, creating tension between ornament and mutation, permanence and decay.
